As a result of serial acts of misconduct — election violations, official bond violations, oath of office violations, misappropriation of public funds, and failure to protect individual constitutional rights — you have the right to revoke your consent to be governed by the current unqualified occupants of Skagit County offices.

COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, a resident of Skagit County, Washington, Citizen of the United States, hereby Notifies the Legislature of the State of Washington that as a result of serial acts of misconduct involving election violations, official bond violations, oath of office violations, misappropriation of public funds, and a failure to protect and maintain my individual rights guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States and Constitution of the State of Washington. Pursuant to Article I Section 1 Const. State of Washington, effective immediately I am revoking consent, both express and implied, to be Governed by SKAGIT COUNTY a municipal corporation, and the COUNTY OF SKAGIT a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and am revoking all Authority bestowed therein, until such time as when a lawful Government, of, by, and for the People is in place.
