Timothy Garrison
Timothy Garrison is a Burlington accountant and tax professional with more than 50 years of public and private financial experience. He holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington and an MBA in Finance from Seattle International University. Tim is also the founder of a civic members group dedicated to government accountability, and brings a career built on managing complex financial operations and demanding transparency from public institutions.
Tim believes Skagit County's public finances must be managed with integrity, transparency, and accountability to every taxpayer. As a write-in candidate for County Treasurer, he is committed to rigorous oversight of public funds and ensuring county residents are treated as partners in their government — not as an afterthought.
